Direct Access
We are not machines. Our investors have direct access to everyone on our team! We regularly maintain investor calls to explain the investment rationale for each new residential or commercial real estate investment and portfolio update call. This allows our investors to feel comfortable with their decision to invest with us, and also allows us to keep them updated on our progress.
Large-Scale, Trophy Assets
We purchase our real estate. We are not a platform for other sponsors to raise funds through crowdfunding. Each deal is ours, and we buy ALL of it, which means that when we launch a new investment or a RE investment deal, we own 100% of it. This allows us to offer our investors a more secure and stable investment, as well as offer more control over the deal and its future. We often close the deal with our own capital and then raise funds after we have completed civil and structural permits to ensure that our investors get the best return on their capital.
